Fixing Mashed Poatoes

When i fix mashed potatoes i use chicken bullion and not milk or butter in them , the bullion gives then a better flavor and no salt i do use pepper , emoticon

    but bullion, which I love.. is full of salt, so don't kid yourself about the salt content

salt makes everything savory better, and in fact, a lot of sweets

just a tad, can make all the difference

    Great Idea to get away from all the butter, I think I will try it on Thanksgiving.
