I always need some sort of dessert after a meal. Instead, after lunch, I pop in a piece of cinnamon gum! It really helps me forget about how I didn't eat chocolate :)

    I find drinking water is hard for me but I know I need to, so now I found that if I have a piece of sugarfree gum, they come in so many great flavors now, in my mouth while I drink the water , It goes down so much easier. Now I am up to 6 glasses a day.
