I pick one bad habit to break every week, I fast that bad habit and add on to it the next week. I am fasting soda this week, next week may be ice cream. Continue on until your habit is broken. You lose weight and change your eating habits at the same time. It takes 21 days to break a habit.
Almost every bad habit, like emotional binging, has a trigger or a set of triggers that precedes the habit. Take some time to analyze what makes you binge so that you can replace that bad habit for a healthy balanced diet!
