To finally be able to lose weight, I had to retrain my brain to stop making stupid excuses. I had to teach my brain how to think thoughts that told me I can do this.

I have found that I have had to write down all the unhealthy lies that I had been believing about eating and working out.I than replaced it with a healthy thought that I could meditate on. Now, every time a negative thought pops up in my head, I replace it with a rewired thought. Example: "Loving myself is not eating comfort foods.... Loving myself is eating healthy and exercising."
