If You Can Exercise, Do It!

If you have the time today to exercise, just do it. Don't put it off until tomorrow thinking you'll have the time then. If your life is anything like mine something will pop up and you won't be able to get it in tomorrow either and then that's two days without exercise. Get it done today because you never know what will happen tomorrow.

MORE INFORMATION:
Take a 15 minute walk or do some strength training, whatever it takes to get the exercise in.

    true talk. it has happened to me yesterday and today. I put it off and no for 2 days in a row I have not done my exercise. I am feeling it too. I wish I saw this message ealier in the day, it would have motivated me.
