I drink alot of water on a daily basis--and that can be boring! Coffee can easily pack in calories--so I have switched to tea. You can buy so many flavors, from spicy chai to fruity herbals. Try to take it easy on the sweetner, and enjoy hot and cold to mix up your day and get in water and calorie free replacement to water!!!

    I switched to tea also. At first, could not drink it without sugar. Tried different flavors and found the tropical ones the best. No more sugar emoticon I drink at least 2 large cups a day.

    I make a lot of tea and tend to like it sweet, I don't like the unsweetened tea at all but I just discovered a secret. A bit of mint leaves in the tea sweetens it to just what I like! This way I don't feel that I need to add any sugar to my drinks, especially since I like to drink a lot of tea emoticon
