There are so many great things to blog about. You can keep your own personal record to keep track of your progress. You can use it to unwind for the day, just taking down all the important aspects of the day. And it can be a great motivator!
I like to use my blog for multiple things. It helps get things out that have been on my mind. I use it to record important happenings in my life. I use it to celebrate and also to share where I need some help. Also, it helps keep me accountable to those who follow my blog! Yay spark friends!!

I'm putting a plug in for reading "THE SPARK" ! This concept has made a huge difference in my thinking. Keep doing SP even if we don't see immediate results, EVENTUALLY there will come a time when we hit what Chris calls the 'tipping point theory" and things will start happening for the positive. Example: a friend exercised on treadmill for 4 miles a day for 4 months and didn't LOSE ONE POUND, then she started losing 1 pound a day and has kept it off for over a year! We CAN'T give up! :-))
Doing SparkPeople: logging on, tracking your exercise and food, joining sparkteams and being involved with community, blogging, reading, etc.
If your default is to eat comfort food to relax (especially at night!), change your default - switch to blogging, drinking herbal tea, working out or anything healthy..and make this your new default.213
