You all know drinking enough water is going to help you stay hydrated, possibly keep food cravings at bay, and improve your general health. It can be difficult to get in enough water, especially in the summer months. I fill up a container of water,28.7 oz. every time I get in the car.
I try to finish that water before I get to my destination. I have a 35 minute commute in the morning and I have usually finished that bottle plus another 19 oz bottle on the way in. Before I leave work, I refill the bottles for the trip home. I
