I don't mind strength training, but I mind the amount of time it takes, especially when I'm trying to still squeeze in cardio on the same day. My solution at the moment is circuit training. I use a DVD, there are classes, or you can put together your own using Spark videos. It's sort of like cardio with weights - the calorie burn of cardio, plus muscle strengthening. Two workouts in the time of one!

    I love it . I do Curves and it has helped all my body . great wy to get a workout inthe timeframe i have available.
