I always wear my workout clothes to bed so that, in the morning, all I have to do is roll out of bed and into the gym. Additionally, it holds me accountable because I have to take off my workout clothes in order to get dressed for the day, and I don't want to take them off without having sweated them up first!
Some days I find it difficult to motivate myself to go to the gym. Instead of getting dressed in regular clothes to take my daughter to school I put on my gym clothes and shoes (even if it's an hour or two before going). It's harder to talk myself out of going if I've already gotten dressed. I know many people work, so this is not an option but you could make a point to change into your gym clothes before leaving work so you have no excuses on your way home.
instead of starting my day of by getting showered and dressed, make up and all; I start the day by dressing in my gym clothes right away. This way I know I am going to the gym at some point and look forward to doing it sooner than later so I can take that great hot shower, put my make up and nice clothes on. It has really made a difference in getting to the gym each day208
