Start today, right where you are, don't try to fix any catastrophes or disasters. Instead claw your way out of chaos by proactively organizing today, for tomorrow. Today think about, plan, get out, prep, & take care of, exercise clothes, regular clothes, food, water, planning sleep time, alarm, all ready & set for tomorrow.
