Excuses and blame always seem to be my fall back. Once you realize that you are ready to start a healthy lifestyle you have to take complete control and remember that you are responsible for you. If you really want to do it, you'll make it happen. NO EXCUSES!!
Common excuses: Gym memberships cost too much. I don't have the time. I can't cook.
Common "blames": Other people always bring unhealthy food (family or work gatherings). So and so bailed on me for the workout.
