Before I fall asleep, I tell my self that I will wake up "well rested"and put on my workout clothes. I think about what snack I'll have first, and decide how long to exercise. (At least 10 minutes). The rest of the day I will plan while on the treadmill. Then I start counting sheep.
1...2...3...4...5...
.....zzzzzzzzzzzzz
By doing this, I wake-up without having to make any decisions. Just get started, and the rest of the day will follow.
