Guilt Yourself Into Working Out!

If I don't feel the "urge to burn", meaning I look at my gym and walk by really fast and pretend I didn't see it, I know I need extra motivation. Most nights, before I go to bed, I track what fitness I need to do the next day (I have mine listed in groupings by day.) So the workout is there and waiting on me to finish it. If I can't get moving, I keep staring at that fitness tracker and it will eventually "guilt" me into working out because I can't stand to erase it and do nothing.
