I have several ways to fight hunger. Eat a big breakfast that is high in whole grains and fiber such as oatmeal or shredded mini wheats cereal. If you start getting hungry before it meal time drink some water and some fruit of veggies to snack on. Still wanting something to chew on? try some gum. Min flavor seems to curb my appetite better.

Pecans are good for you. They are delicious, especially toasted, and if you COUNT them out, you won't binge. I believe that unsalted nuts are less addictive, so skip the salt . Pecans are high in protein and healthy oils.
I find that pecans help me fight hunger and keep me happy during the day between lunch and supper.
So when I get hunger cravings, I drink some water. Til I feel like my belly is full. That helps keep me from eating unhealthy stuff. Plus, it helps get those 8 glasses out of the way much faster. Sometimes I feel hungry two minutes after I drank, well I just drink some more!!!
