I find that Keeping Busy helps me to NOT Munch thru the day. I plan my day and write it down on a list. From laundry, to canning, Sparking, meals and menu, when to drink my water, when to exercise, budgeting my money, go for a walk, reading, whatever !!!! Not much time to think about extra food is the Key.
Don't! YOU'RE soooo worth the effort of finding a solution! Before you eat, take a walk, read a book, play with the dog, read blogs, SparkMail a Maintainer, prepare a healthy dish that will help you stay on plan, work on a hobby, listen to music, do some yoga poses, take a bubble bath, call a friend, post on a team that offers lots of support, write a blog, scream in your pillow, journal your feelings. There are so many things you can do to work through your feelings. Food is not one of them.
