The real power that drives motivation is the "reward" at the end. So if you are working out and not enjoying it, be aware of that and find an activity that makes you smile and you look forward to. Give yourself little goodies for your hard work. Search new recipes and find alternatives to your favorite dishes. We don't have to suffer ever! You can still eat food that you love and get exercise from activities you enjoy. Life is good!

I am setting a small goal to complete a 5 k at the Sept. with the big goal of competing a 10 K race in May 2013 called Bloomsday the reward is a finisher Te shirt .for each race. and trying recipes from the Spark cook book
