My BIGGEST source of motivation is PLANNING ahead. I wake up in the morning and add my breakfast meal BEFORE I even eat! that way I am more likely to eat the healthy breakfast I chose over something else and I am able to hold myself more accountable after!
My Favorite breakfast is one of two things: 1. 1/2 c Quaker dry oats mixed with 2 tbs ground flax seed, cook it add strawberry low-fat yogurt to sweeten. or 2. If I am working out soon after protein powder casein blend shake
