Getting Plenty Of Sleep!



I am a true believer in getting enough sleep. Your body has worked hard for you all day, it needs the rest! You should get at least 7 hours a night.... you will feel so much better. I promise!

  • I know getting plenty of sleep sure makes it easier for me to make other healthy choices. For some reason, when I am sleep deprived, I go for the high fat, high calorie, sugary foods. - by PENNYLOU7
