    If I don't get 8 hours of sleep, I tend to need more food. That's when I sometimes eat easy to get, junk food.

    I know getting plenty of sleep sure makes it easier for me to make other healthy choices. For some reason, when I am sleep deprived, I go for the high fat, high calorie, sugary foods.
