i try to walk a mile each day or every other day and i,m totally into it. But then after a week or two i lose my motivation to exercise period! HELP!

Finding Spark teams that focus on maintaining motivation to maintain (At Goal and Maintaining, to name the first I joined) and meeting Spark friends in person, even across miles and states has helped keep the maintenance journey as fresh as the excitement of losing it in the first place. 9

I maintain my awareness of the overall program due to my team staying in contact, supporting each other. We have excellent, alert, encouraging team leaders and members. We also have a lot of sucess stories.
