Making It Easier To Eat Healthy On The Go!

When I know I will be out and about-like going to a cross country or track meet, etc., where I know there will not be healthy food choices, I fix something healthy for myself and bring it along, so I will not be tempted by junk food.

Some foods I fix are tuna and egg salad or bean, corn and avocado salad. I always tuck in fruit, carrots and water to supplement and some whole grain crackers for some crunch.
