I start my day with a bottle of water and cut up an apple to eat while I put on my makeup and fix my hair. I have my cereal with red berries, skim milk and toast. I have more fruit and water at work and the remaining fruit and water at night.

I saw this television show where this woman didn't want her kids drinking all of the sugary drinks out there so she started chopping up fruit and putting it in the water for her kids to drink. She is now rich & good for her. I decided to take her lead and fill up my wide mouth water bottle 1/3 with fruit then I fill it up with water. The longer the fruit sits in there the more flavorful the water is. I drink tons of water now.
The best part about this is also that my water bottle is like a box of Cracker Jacks...there's a prize in the bottom, fruit! Try it and let me know what you think. I have my friends hooked to this who are not on diets because it is so refreshing.253
