I've figured out a way to make going to the gym not only required but desired!!! I load my iphone with a great TV series (one with a few seasons that build on the last i.e. the Sopranos) and am only allowed to watch it while on the stairmaster. I tend to end my workout at a very suspenseful moment, insuring I will return the next day to watch the conclusion. I'll also download great songs/podcasts I'm only allowed to listen to while lifting weights.

Making it EASIER to "Juice" the cell phone RIGHT away!
I get frustrated with trying to put the cell phone cord into the side of the phone to "juice" it up!So, I got a piece of leftover label tape [good adherer!] and taped the gold tape to the CORRECT SIDE of my cell phone cord and a MATCHING PIECE of gold tape to the cell phone itself [where you put it in-because with my eyesight now I can't always see it !]. Now it's EASY to juice up my phone instead of fumbling with it and trying to see which is the correct side to fit it in the phone to

juice it up! Also another tip~as soon as you remove the ignition key from the car, plug your phone in so it will be juicing at night and ready the next day. A simple thing to do ,but I don't always juice it as I drive[ with my preschooler in the car] so this helps me to remember!
Many of us have phones that can access the web and or apps that connect us to spark people. USE THEM! i've found that i can track my food more efficiently when i have an easy portable way to do so. it's helped me to break off my plateau by tracking my food. 2 birds with 1 stone.
