if getting your 8 cups of water in is a problem, try this. after you brush your teeth, sip a glass of water. (that's 1) if you take meds, use a full glass of water to take them and follow that with another glass (that totals 3) 1 glass of water on your coffee break, 1 with lunch, 1 on your afternoon break, 1 with dinner and 1 before bed. there you go...8 glasses of water! 91
personally, i love water. i often have my 8 glasses by lunchtime. i also drink a lot of diet soda (my biggest vice) so i try to get in 10-12 glasses of water. but i won't drink any soda until i've had at least 6 cups of water.
