My husband and I made a commitment to at least do the 20/20 workout everyday. 20 sit-ups and 20 pushups no matter what. We would get in bed and one would ask, did you do your 20/20? No would be the reply- usually for both of us so we would roll out of bed do our 20/20 and then get back in bed. This was a great way to start getting back into the workout routine- it literally only took a couple of minutes but adds up when working out. Having somebody to ask helps keep me on track.

I will do 20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of heavy cleaning, 20 minutes of strength training and then back to 20 minutes of the elliptical again. Then if I add heavy laundry loads and gardening out in the heat which is always intense, those are extra bonuses that add up quick.
