I've been wanting a kettlebell for a while, so I finally broke down and bought one. My favorite workout toy so far. I was surprise how much you burn in so little time! I did it for 25 min today and burned 500 calories, that's like 100 calories in 5min! Love that! Meeting my goal 5min. @ a time! Yeah!

    I work next to a kettlebell exercise studio. I've been thinking about trying something for ages, but now I have no excuses.

    This is a great exercise. I too use the kettlebell on a regular now. I sometimes will do squat swings during the commercials of my favorite show. Just think a hour show with 6 or 7 commercial breaks for 2-4 minutes. I love my kettlebell (10 lbs.)
