Weighing Myself Daily




I've always kept on track when i weigh in daily. For me as soon as i start skipping days the weight starts piling on. For me, the reason not to weigh is because I feel guilty over a meal or just ate too much. I know weight will flucuate on a daily basis and I only track it satudays but I still find it best for me to weigh in daily. That's my maintenance secret:)

More Information:

Honestly I actually weigh in moring and evening. It may sound obbsesive to some but it works for me.
