I've always kept on track when i weigh in daily. For me as soon as i start skipping days the weight starts piling on. For me, the reason not to weigh is because I feel guilty over a meal or just ate too much. I know weight will flucuate on a daily basis and I only track it satudays but I still find it best for me to weigh in daily. That's my maintenance secret:)
Honestly I actually weigh in moring and evening. It may sound obbsesive to some but it works for me.

I am very active and building a lot of muscle, therefore I do NOT weigh myself daily. When I did weigh myself, I found that I became discouraged. Why weigh yourself when you are in your within your ideal weight already and extremely active?! I know my weight is in tip-top shape when my old clothes fit well and I feel GREAT!!! 224
I found that weighing myself daily was bringing me down, especially when the number on the scale didn't coincide with how I felt I had been doing. I decided to only weigh myself once a month and judge myself by how I feel, how my clothes fit and comments from others on how I look . Even though it has only been three weeks since I started it has been so liberating and I feel more motivated to continue because I know it is working even when the scale tries to sabotage me!!
Weighing myself daily helps keep me going. Even if I haven't lost additional weight, it's a great reminder of my success so far. I've only lost 8 lbs. so far, but as long as I don't overeat, those 8 lbs. are definitely gone. And I deserve to feel good about this.87
