The thick yogurt creates an airtight layer, and the avocado stays fresh, green and delicious--ready to eat as a healthy "frosted" snack, or to be mashed up for yogurt-based guacamole. To make it even more elegant, sprinkle the "frosting" with dill weed or paprika.

Avocados deliver almost 20 vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. They have good fats and fiber. Although high in calores a medium avocado is around 200 calories but the nutrition is good. So have half one day, the other half the next.
Sometimes creamy salad dressings are just better. But stop myself from reaching for the cesear or ranch dressing I just add a chopped egg and half an avocado, along with a simple balsamic vinaigrette. I put a plate on top of my bowl and shake or toss really well. The egg yolk and avocado add a creamy quality while supplying my body with the good fats and some protein! Yummy.
