When I buy meat, I divide it up and freeze it. Before I put it in the freezer I write on a piece of freezer tape how much the meat weighs, and stick it on the package. Then, when I get it out of the freezer I know how much meat I am working with - it makes it easy to enter the right amount in my SPoints.

use a plastic dish pan in the freezer . It helps keep food easier to get to and easier to empty and clean the freezer. Its easier to take 4 containers out instead of 100 . Its also easier to rotate and keep meat fresher longer by placing meat in baggies and have a date on each bag yu put in the dish pan. Showing dates. Then Layer meat with new meat on the botton, & inside each baggie have each meat labeled as well as dated.
use the dollar containers from Dollar Tree! Baggies and labels for this idea!
If you place meat in baggies and label each and date them its easier to see which meat should be used up first, placing the older meat on top and the newer ones on the bottom. Great way to keep a freezer clean.
i have diet bowls sitting on my counter, one is labeled healthy snacks, one is labeled fruits, one is labeled vegetables, meat, exercise etc. In these bowls i have put strips of paper in them of choices that must be included in order for me to lose weight. This gives me a new choice everyday.
In order for this to work, you must pick from each one at least once per day, what you pick you have to include in your meal plan. Please do not put cookies, cake, soda, doughnuts or chips in your choices ,you know you can't have that!, only healthy low fat choices to choose from.
When I come home from the supermarket, I wash and prepare the meats I want to freeze. Instead of buying prepackaged breaded fish or chicken, I do so myself and place them in freezer bags. I use a green marker to label fish and a black marker to label chicken. It helps me to identify my frozen chicken and fish easily.
