Ive recently returned to college and this site and I've been tired and unmotivated lately. I've noticed that by forcing myself to just get my workout clothes on when I know I have an hour until my roommate comes back, I become more energized and willing to workout, and put myself in a better mood for the rest of the day knowing I've done my workout

I find that on days I really can't get the mornings outta my system (still sleeping while getting dd ready for school) if I put on some really good music (for me I like Pink- I'm a Rockstar) it almost gets me so ready by the end of the 4 minutes I'm giddy to start.339
