When I get discouraged I put on my reminder clothes. They are a size 3x. I've lost 40 lbs since starting and they are very loose. I do this if I'm feeling sorry for myself or if I've hit a plateau. It gets me motivated again.

Decide what is my comfortable size in clothing and commit to never buying larger sizes...this is a great motivator to keep my weight stable because tight clothes are a constant reminder that it is time to cut back and get moving.
Every time I think of it during the day, I hold my stomach in for a count of 10 (or 20) and then release slowly. You would be surprised how quickly this tightens your stomach muscles and make a flat tummy!
