I find that breaking the day down to mornings & afternoons, help me cope when I break and eat the wrong thing.
Rather than saying I will be good starting tomorrow. I only focus on the next part of the day. If I eat badly in the morning I will then say " I will stick to my eating plan this afternoon".

    extremenly helpful not just in food but also in my day period. If the first half of my day is going horrible just relax and ride out the rest of the day. Moment by moment food, people, experiecnces.
