I find that breaking the day down to mornings & afternoons, help me cope when I break and eat the wrong thing. Rather than saying I will be good starting tomorrow. I only focus on the next part of the day. If I eat badly in the morning I will then say " I will stick to my eating plan this afternoon".

This cookbook is really neat. After the typical "kitchen gadget" section, it's broken down into two categories: fruits and vegetables. These are then broken down into subcategories, telling you about each type of fruit and veg (broken down by section), varieties, how to pick them &c.
At the end of each section, it gives recipes using the ingredients covered in that particular section. It even has a lot of produce items that I was unfamiliar with.
Even if you don't get it as a cookbook, it's still an interesting and informative read with lots of pretty pictures.
When you have a lot to lose and just starting out, fitting 45 - 60 of exercise into your day can be daunting. BREAK IT DOWN! You can break it into small 10 minute bites if necessary...before you leave for work, durning your lunch break, an afternoon break and once you're home again. Every little bit counts! 9
