"So I'm skipping my workout today because I'm going to this 30 Seconds To Mars concert tonight"... That's what I told myself. ACTUALLY I probably got more of a workout at the concert. So, if you are a person who loves rock shows, REALLY get into it. You can even push and shove your way to the front as much as you can. Plus jumping and dancing for 2 hours straight is both fun AND a calorie burner. 335
Side note: not a good idea if you can't handle crowds and/or other sweaty people around you :-/ Same goes for clubbing!
Get up an hour early and get moving. You can go to the gym or go for a run...whatever suits you. Try to prep anything you need the night before (pack your gym bag, organize the clothes you're wearing the following day, put out a quick morning snack).
