I love to put lemon or a drink mix called Pure Lemon(its dehydrated lemon) into water, but it can be a tad bitter. I add one packet of Splenda to a 16 oz bottle of water to make a super low calorie lemonade that tastes better than any other lemonade(thats reasonable on calories)

For someone who spent decades strung out on diet coke, drinking water didn't come all that naturally. But little by little I've learned ways to incorporate drinking water in my daily routines. And as a bonus, I lost 7 pounds the month I gave up diet coke for good and I've never felt better.
* Drink water in restaurants with lemon. * Drink water while shopping. *Always have water with lunch. * Drink water while I'm waiting for my coffee to brew. * Keep water bottle handy while working out. * Make water a staple on my shopping list. * Keep cold water in fridge.
So, I just started here at SP. One of the things that my Wife has encouraged me to do is to get a good water bottle and fill it before I go to work and drink from that. A HUGE secret that I've found about myself is that if I have the bottle of water at my desk but off to the side, I will drink very little - like not even touch it. The trick is to keep it in front of me, near my monitor so it's always within view. Instinctivly, I reach for it, take a few sips, put it back.
Within the 20 minutes I've been at work, I've already drank 8 oz of water and haven't even noticed it...
