In the morning, I fill a 32oz container with water and ice. Once I've finished it, I can have my iced tea. I only drink water with dinner, so by just tracking the first half of my water consumption, I almost guarantee I get my 8 glasses.

I *hate* drinking water! So I fill up my 24-ounce cup with water and sip on it throughout the day. When it's empty, I take it downstairs to refill. As I pass by the freezer, I reward myself with one piece of dark chocolate. This works wonders! It's only like 36 calories and I have something to look forward after drinking my water! Three times of filling my glass = 3 pieces of chocolate and 9 cups of water drank! That's amazing!!
Don't reward for lost weight, reward for things that are easily in your control, such as staying in your calorie range, drinking your water all week, doing every planned workout. This way you feel that it's your hard work and dedication getting you the reward, rather than your weight (which sometimes feels rather random.)
Instead of rewarding yourself for results on the scale which can lead to disappointment, why not reward yourself for your healthy behaviors? Give yourself a reward for consistency, for eating right, drinking water, or sticking with an exercise plan
We tend to look to the scale for a sense of achievement, but there are many reasons why the scale might not reflect our hard work. Reward the things you DO have control over, such as what you eat, drink, and how much you work out.
