I have a terrible tendency to overeat at the supper meal. I read that soup or a salad with a meal will help with this. So started including small, not so fancy salad with most suppers.This has been a life saver to me!I don't keep on reaching for seconds(or even thirds) on more fattening foods at meal time.

It's true. The times I take to prep all my veggies after I get home from the store & before they get put away, the more I am apt to cook with them or snack from them because it takes less time when I want to cook or eat. Takes just a bit of time at first but pays off BIG later....104
