I take my boyfriend when I go grocery shopping. He eats healthier than I do, so not only do I get help when I'm picking stuff out, I feel more pressure to get good foods instead of the junk I would want if I were alone. I still want it, but he's there to help me resist.

When I go grocery shopping, I am surprised by the kinds of foods I don't buy anymore. Ice cream, chips, soda. I see them in other shopping carts & wonder why people are wasting their nutrition dollars on junk when they could have yogurt, oranges, and lemon water instead. My tastes HAVE changed!
