best thing i ever learned was what all those ingredients really are on the labels of foods. if i can't pronounce them or it is not real food i just don't buy it anymore. our bodies like real food and if there is a choice between feeling great from real food or a twinkie - real food everytime.
"Real Food Has Curves" by Bruce Weinstein & Mark Scarbrough
The subtitle is "How to Get Off Processed Food, Lose Weight and Love What You Eat." The authors' premise is that chemicals in our brain expect real food when we eat.
