What I find is I'm only losing 2lbs a month, but wow, it has been adding up to smaller pant sizes, more energy, more self-esteem..enjoy your successes even if you maintain a week or two..we are a rush, rush society..enjoy the ride! Smell the roses, learn about you! Mix up your calories!! It works!
Every day we wake up, we must realize we have only 1 shot at this life. Ride your bike to work, or combine a bike ride with public transportation.
Riding my bike to work really helps me get my exercise in. I was going to spend time commuting anyway, so combining it with exercise makes better use of my time. I'm also more motivated to ride if I have to ride to get home.
