Printed out some hexagonal graph paper and each day I follow my plan I fill one in with pretty colors. At the same time if I don't follow my plan I fill in an alternate area with black. So far I have all colorful hexagons. I plan to do this during Lent ,so that means I still have Sundays off to not be as strict as on the other 6 days of the week. I'm loving doing this and the seeing the colors pile up inspires me. When I think about going over my calories, just knowing I won't get to color stops me!!!!
