Omega 3's lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Excellent sources of omega-3s are salmon, mackerel, and tuna, rainbow trout and sardines. Anchovies too! Walnuts, Almonds, brazil nuts,pumpkin seeds and eggs also a good source
Sesame seeds and flax seed is also good.
