When cooking and baking I reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe down at least a third. Some recipes can even be made with no sugar at all. I started doing this because I can not stand the taste of the artificial sweeteners.

I used to have to put 3 teaspons of sugar in my coffee. I tried sweetners, but they all tasted bitter to me. I used Sun Crystals sweetner, which is a natural sweetner, of the Stevia plant and a little sugar cane in with it. It helped me kick the habit. I now use that instead of sugar.
