I DVR most of the shows I watch, I used to fast forward so I didn't watch the commercials, but now I jump on my elipitical and go as fast as I can during the commercials and get at least 15 minutes of exercise per 1 hour show!!! I am not a fan of cardio I'd rather do strength training so this works well for me!! emoticon
