Having trouble getting it in! Try this method. for every 60 minutes you are doing something else, stop and exercise for 3 minutes....walking, cleaning, etc. Gradually increase this over time...It works!

I have a small kitchen timer next to my computer and I set it for 60 minutes. When it goes off I get up and move around, stretch, grab a fresh glass of water or head outside for a quick walk around the block. Since my job is mainly sitting this helps me get some extra movement in my day and keeps me from getting so stiff.
