I put a rounded teaspoon of cocoa powder in with my coffee grounds in the brew basket. I have the mocha flavor without the calories. Try adding cinnamon to your grounds for an extra kick.

One of my little tricks if I feel myself getting hungry at night or even during the day at work is to make myself a cup of hot peppermint tea. Peppermint works as a natural appetite suppressant and with a little bit of equal or splenda added in, it satisfies my craving for something sweet. I find it a good substitute if I'm craving something like a peppermint mocha coffee from Starbucks too. No calories, no caffeine and is always very soothing! 334
I love Mochas but I don't like the calories or the cost! I have found a great way to make my own at home. I use a 20 oz refillable travel mug, put in 1/2 packet of the 60 cal Low Cal Swiss Miss Hot Choc Mix, fill the cup with coffee leaving enough room to add 2 T Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer. Stir, put on your lid and sip through a few skinny straws. Yum!
