Write a motivational comment on someones blog. Read a blog and if they are having a difficult time, write a motivating comment for them and in turn it will motivate you!
Every day, I adopt one of the motivational quotes that come across my desk and post it as my blog, sometimes adding pithy and appropriate comments. I then make a synopsis of the blog for the title and post the title in the huddle of each of my spark teams. This way, I am reminded of the motivational statement each time I post a huddle comment.41
