Every day, I adopt one of the motivational quotes that come across my desk and post it as my blog, sometimes adding pithy and appropriate comments. I then make a synopsis of the blog for the title and post the title in the huddle of each of my spark teams. This way, I am reminded of the motivational statement each time I post a huddle comment.41
Whoosh (technical word for Spark friends motivating me)
Emailing and reading my spark friend's blogs. If, I have a day that I do not feel motivated I go on Spark read my friend's comments, blogs, etc. and whoosh! I am motivated.
If reading my spark friends comments don't get me motivated I email some of them and say HELP and they comment or I blog for help or I write in the discussion threads for helpl So many ways to stay motivated through spark friends!
