A couple of years ago I went to the doctor and I had constant stomach and digestion problems. I was also on the way to being extremely overweight like the rest of my family. The doctor says: You are drinking way too much pop and it is ruining your system. I suggest you stop - or the problem will keep on coming! So I did, I just stopped! Call it an allergy, call it whatever you want there is NOTHING good for you in soda! So if it isn't good at all for you - Just STOP taking it!
I have not been drinking pop in over 10 years! And although I am overweight, I am still the skinniest one in my family!

I used to think I could never go without a soda. Just thinking about not ever drinking a soda again would make me crave it even more. It was actually a lot easier than I thought, to kick. I mainly drink water and one cup of coffee a day. If I want a soda, I split one with my fiancé, so I still get the taste, but I get half the calories.
Since I quit drinking soda I lost 4 labs in a week and a half! Imagine the possibilities!222
My husband drinks soda all day long so it's always been easier to just grab a drink of whatever he was drinking instead of getting my own drink. Then I decided that I wanted to try drinking water as was suggessted to me by my cousin Kathy who is also on this journey with me.I am currently down 13 lbs. by doing light excercizes and just drinking water instead of the soda. My skin is clearer and I feel better. 198
