I have only been doing this for a few days but a freind told me that she stopped eating bread she will have it once a week and she has lost 11kgs just by changing that one thin. So I started this and I have already lost 1kg in 2 days I will keep doing that and see how we go will keep you posted. I have also stopped eating potatosas that also helps with weight gain so fingers crossed I can keep up the weightloss really want to lose 24kgs

For me bread was my weakness, now I keep meals to 2 servings of veggies (ie a salad and say broccolli) and my serving of proteins. It has helped me loose 30 lbs. Changing the mind set for the old meat and potatos up bringing has been good. I usually have a high fiber grain cereal with live culture yogurt for breaky and then supplement with a B Complex vitamin.306
When it comes to bread, less is more. I have found that orowheat sandwich thins are a great way to still eat bread without overloading carbs and calories. These handy little "buns" are the actual size of a serving of bread and they taste great. THey come in whole wheat, multi grain, and bagel!!!!
These go great with everything and really help you to enjoy a good burger or sandwich without waisting your calories and such on the bread alone. THey can be found in most bread aisles at your local grocier.
