I have only been doing this for a few days but a freind told me that she stopped eating bread she will have it once a week and she has lost 11kgs just by changing that one thin. So I started this and I have already lost 1kg in 2 days I will keep doing that and see how we go will keep you posted. I have also stopped eating potatosas that also helps with weight gain so fingers crossed I can keep up the weightloss really want to lose 24kgs

    Sweet potatoes (Yams) are better for you than regular potatoes, as they are higher in fiber.

    I agree with you 100%. Indeed these WHITES what has added me 20kg in the past 5 yrs. I used to eat these everyday until when \i joined SP last week. I have already cut 2 kg too.
