Making A Little Food Look Like A Lot

For me the biggest challenge is portion control. What I have figured out is how to trick my brain into thinking I have more food than I really do. If I'm having an apple or or low fat cheese and crackers for a snack, I'll cut the apple or cheese into little squares and break the crackers in half so it looks like I have twice as much food.
