Part of not getting down and staying positive is your mindset.
By seeing yourself in the future in a positive light, you can put your plan into action. PLAN ON: being healthy and being OK with ups & downs. Instead of setting goal for a certain event (like 40 pounds in 2 months), concentrate your efforts on feeling good for that event instead. By creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself, you might not just feel good but look good to!
