I take advantage of every minute of the day for exercise. For example when I brush my teeth I do squats, when I expect something in the microwave I do lunges and so on, at every opportunity I have, I do any exercise.
Not require any special equipment or clothing to use every free minute.
Most people have kept at least one piece of clothing from their "old" self. Try on that piece of clothing and marvel at all the places that it is baggy where it used to be tight. I also like to remember that I thought I looked good in this piece of clothing? Look where I am now! That usually gives me the oomph to up my cardio and shock my body.
